All 8GB x 128GB models are currently subject to a dispatch delay, which means they will take longer than usual to leave the warehouse. These units are still available to purchase (unless sold out below), and delivery will take a minimum of 2 weeks.
All other products are in stock and will be dispatched as normal, with delivery usually taking around 1 to 2 weeks after dispatch, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Please place your order on or before December 6th for the best possible chance of receiving your item before Christmas. This applies to Australian orders only.
International orders cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, as delivery timeframes depend on overseas courier networks and customs processing.
Australia Post has advised us directly that courier collected parcels will experience significant delays throughout December due to high seasonal congestion. We provide a standard Volkswagen 36-pin and 40-pin plug-and-play harness, which fits about 90% of Volkswagen vehicles.
If during installation you find your vehicle has a different plug please contact us. We’re happy to send the correct plug type if available.
You can:
Search your factory head unit model online to confirm the plug type
Or remove the head unit and count the pins, or send us a clear photo of the rear plug layout
⚠️ CANBUS Notice
In some Volkswagen vehicles, the CANBUS system may require bypassing. This could involve minor cable modifications, as many Volkswagen vehicles do not natively support aftermarket CANBUS modules.
