Customer photo review of Nissan Navara NP300 2015-2022 | Apple CarPlay & Android Auto Head Unit Upgrade Kit

Have had a couple of annoying issues,FM radio antenna is not working great,I live in Geelong and cannot receive Melbourne stations well, also with screen saver keeps reverting back to my phone favourites list ,I have to constantly hit the square in bottom left corner to get back to CarPlay screen but it just eventually reverts back to favourites list, very annoying.

Store owner replied: Thanks for the feedback mate, and sorry to hear you’ve been having a couple of frustrating issues with the unit. The FM reception and the screen behaviour you’ve described are both things we’d be more than happy to help troubleshoot, as they may be related to the antenna connection or a setting within the unit. We have replied to your email with some troubleshooting steps and questions. If you get a chance to reply back to us there, we’ll be more than happy to keep working through both issues with you. Kind regards, Rick Quality Dins
