- Your Jeep is a 2018–2021 Model with the newer Uconnect 4C system. While the screen size is the same (8.4"), the internal hardware and wiring are completely different.
- You already have Apple CarPlay or Android Auto: If your current factory screen supports smartphone mirroring (wired or wireless), you have a newer system that is NOT compatible with this product.
- Your 8.4" screen has a "High-Definition" look: Some newer 2018+ screens have significantly higher resolution and different menu icons than the 2014–2021 versions.
- You have a "Summit" or "SRT" trim with a Harmon Kardon system: Some ultra-premium audio packages require specialised digital-to-analog converters that are not be included in our standard kits.
- Your vehicle year is 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 or 2021
- You have the 5.0-inch small touchscreen with volume/tune knobs on the sides.
- You have the 8.4-inch screen but LACK Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
- Your climate controls are integrated into the screen (standard for RA3/RA4).
